挑刺法配合消疣汤治疗传染性软疣的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨挑刺法合消疣汤治疗传染性软疣的临床疗效。方法:符合诊断标准的124例传染性软疣患者均采用挑刺法配合消疣汤(板蓝根30 g,大青叶20 g,木贼12 g,苦参10 g,生薏苡仁30 g,紫草10 g,白鲜皮30 g,香附12 g,赤芍10 g,百部10g,生甘草10 g。)内服治疗。结果:治愈108例,好转10例,未愈6例,有效率为95.16%。结论:挑刺法合消疣汤治疗传染性软疣充分体现了中医药简、便、廉、验的治疗特色,临床疗效显著。Objective：To study the curative effect of method to pick holes in the away warts and decoction in the treatment of contagious soft wart clinical.Methods：124 patients with diagnosis standard contagious soft wart patients all use nagging method with the soup to disappear warts（root of 30 g,20 g,i.indigotica demonstrate the single 12 g,bitter and 10 g,born kindhearted YiRen 30 g,pearl plant 10 g,white skin tinea 30 g,sweet with 12 g,herbaceous peony 10 g,sites 10 g,born licorice 10 g.Such as gas YuHua fire,upset irritability,moss yellow red tongue adds the gardenia,turmeric,as the former be agitated irritability,breast bilge painful adds the ZhiKe,leucorrhea with much of GuaLou;cangzhu,yam,QianShi;less abdominal distension painful adds the medicine,yuan hu uzziah;scanty periods and adds the clot ze LAN,Jixieteng;the lower abdomen pain in the dark red color,out of a stasis and adds the pu yellow,five spirit fat）.Internal medicine treatment.Results：108 cases were cured,better 10 cases ineffective 6,effective rate was 95.16%.Conclusion：The method to pick holes in the away warts and decoction contagious soft wart fully embodies the Chinese medicine Jane,and the other features,treatment,clinical curative effect is distinct.
