摘　　要：通过对某宿舍楼工程实例的研究,深入了解了该场地的工程地质情况、基础类型、上部荷载等因素,分析比选出适合该工程实例的沉降计算方法,最后根据得出的沉降计算结果与实际沉降量进行比较,证明了等效作用分层总和法的实用价值。Based on the engineering example of a dormitory building project,this paper through understanded the engineering geological condition of this site,foundation types,upper load and other factors.Analysed and selected the settlement calculation methods fitted this engineering example,finally compared the settlement calculation results and the actual settlement amounts,proved the practical value of effective layerwise summation method.
