水系锌铬膜涂层技术研究

摘　　要：采用细化粒状锌粉、铬酐及其它有机物配制的新型水系锌铬膜涂覆液具有良好的结合力和耐蚀性。讨论了涂覆液ｐＨ值的变化和影响。The detailed technique of obtaining water-soluble Zn-Cr coating are researched. The proper ratio of CrO3, to Zn powder are studied. Experimental results showed the relationship between the PH values and additional reductive agent. It's shown that the corrosion resistance of Zn-Cr coating is superior to that of Zn coating in some corrosion medium.
