摘　　要：以沈阳市沈北新区为例,提出了城市周边地区的土地利用模式———新型绿环模式,指出应建立永久农地,统筹协调好城市周边农业与城市空间的有机契合,为城市创造一个健康的生态保护圈,并最终实现城乡良性发展。Taking new Shenbei zone in Shenyang city as an example,the essay puts forward surrounding city land utilization mode——new green environment mode,points out organic correspondence between establishing eternal agricultural land and coordinating city surrounding agriculture with city space,so as to create ecological protective circle and to realize healthy urban-rural development.
