摘　　要：结合现行的GB50010-2002混凝土结构设计规范中相关规定，以弹性有限元分析法对盐都区文化中心展开研究，对理论结果进行了具体分析，提出了回字形超长框架结构的设计建议和构造措施。The paper researches the adoption of elastic finite element analysis method in the cultural center ot Yandu dismct combines with t.l：t 50010-2002 Concrete Structure Design Standard, analyzes the theoretic results and points out the design suggestions and component measures for the rectangular-ambulatory-plane frame super-long frame structure.
