地基土桩式托换及顶升纠偏工程实践

摘　　要：针对某项目工程塔楼由于地基土发生不均匀沉降,致使该塔楼整体向北倾斜的现象,采用地基土桩式托换及顶升纠偏的方法对塔楼进行治理后,塔楼与门楼顶张开裂缝完全恢复,倾斜度小于设计规范所规定的偏差,且变形处于稳定状态,施工及顶升期间塔楼未产生新的裂缝,达到了预期的治理效果。According to the uneven settlement of the foundation earthwork in the tower of some program causing the deviation of the whole tower toward north, the paper adopts the pile underpinning of the foundation earthwork and lifting-up deviation method, proves the cracks between the tower and gate tower, its inclination is lower than the error of the design regulation, its deformation is in the stable status, and no new crack appears in the tower of its construction and lifting-up process, so it achieves its expected treatment effect.
