摘　　要：结合祁临高速公路高边坡应急整治工程实践,探讨了在高速公路营运过程中实施高边坡应急整治工程的施工质量和施工安全保证措施,对确保高速公路运营安全具有积极现实意义。Combining with the emergency regulating works practice of Qi-Lin highway high slope, this paper discussed the construction quality and construction safety assurance measures to implement high slope emergency regulating works in process of highway transportation, had positive practical siznificance to ensure the highwav transportation safety.
