摘　　要：简要介绍了外墙内保温系统中的适能系统和适墙系统,指出各自的优点及适用范围,并探讨了外墙内保温系统在高层住宅中的具体应用,阐述了冷热桥的处理,外墙温度的应力与开裂等问题的解决方法,以期指导实践。This paper briefly introduced the fitness system and wall building system in external-wall internal insulation, pointed out their advantages and application scopes, and explored the specific application of external-wall internal insulation system in high-rise residential buildings, elaborated the treatment of cold thermal bridge, the stress of wall temperature, the solution of crack and other problems, so as to guide practice.
