摘　　要：为研究城口、陕西川党参质量，按照2005年版中国药典附录进行检查；采用HPLC测定党参中党参炔苷含量。经测定两地水份平均为7．38％；灰份为6．30％、酸不溶性灰分为2．88％；浸出物为61．73％；党参炔苷在0．01046-2．615μg范围呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为98．61％（n=5）。该方法适合于两地川党参质量控制。To studies the quality of Codonopsis tangshen in Chongqing Chengkou and Shanxi. Inspections were observed based on the approaches listed in the Chinese Pharmacopeoia published in 2005;Uses HPLC determines the content of lobetyolin in the C. pilosula. Content of moisture, ash, acid-insoluble ash and extract of two places were determined, the average result was 7.38% ,6.30% ,2.88% ,611.73% ,respectively. The standard curve was Linear within the range of 0. 0476 - 0. 5955μg, the average recovery was 98.61% （ n = 5 ）. This method was suitable for quality control of two places C. tangshen.
