三金片中五种中草药活性成分及其药理研究进展

摘　　要：三金片是一种针对泌尿系统感染有独特疗效的纯中药制剂，临床应用对泌尿系统感染所致的肾盂肾炎、尿道炎、前列腺炎、膀胱炎等具有良好的疗效。三金片中主要含积雪草、金刚藤、海金沙、金樱根、羊开口等5种中草药；在工艺上通过采用大孔树脂、超临界萃取、膜分离、真空多效浓缩等先进技术对其有效成分分离、富集而成。本文综述了三金片中五种主要中药的活性成分及其药理研究进展。Sanjin Plan is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） with distinct effect on urinary system infection. It is clinically used to cure nephropyelitis, urethritis, prostatitis, cystitis and so on. Five Chinese medicinal herbs, Centella asiatica （L.） Urb. ,Smilax china L. ,Lygodium japonicum （Thunb.） Sw. ,Rosa Laevigata Miehx. and Melsatoma normale D. Don, are the main ingredients of Sanjin Pian. The active components in these herbs were separated and collected by maeroporous resin absorption, supereritieal extraction, membrane separation and vacuum pleiotropie condensation methods, by which Sanjin Pian was effectively developed. In this paper, the research progresses on the active components and pharmacology of the five Chinese medicinal herbs in Sanjin Plan have been reviewed.
