摘  要:小桐子作为生物柴油的主要原料之一,在近些年来虽然发展很快,但仍然受高成本的制约。饼粕是小桐子生物柴油生产过程中产生的最大宗副产物,富含高品质的蛋白质,是开发动物饲料的优良原料。大量毒性成分限制了小桐子饼在饲料业中的应用。饼粕饲料化不仅可以降低小桐子生物柴油的成本、满足人们对动物食品的需求,还能消除饼粕对环境的毒害。饼粕中最难处理的毒性成分是佛波酯类化合物。这些化合物稳定性高,不容易降解,目前尚无理想的脱毒方案。本文通过对小桐子饼粕脱毒方法的总结,指出了脱毒的发展方向和前景。微生物发酵法是最有前景的小桐子饼粕脱毒方法。小桐子饼粕脱毒已经引起了人们的高度重视,可以预见,在不久的将来,小桐子饼粕产业化脱毒技术是可以成功的。As a major raw material of biodlesel, Jatropha Curcas industry has been developed very quickly in recent years, but restricted by its high cost. The seed cake is the most large amount of the by-products which are produced in biodiesd process procedure. The seedcake contains high quality protein, and can be developed as animal feed. But the massive toxic ingredients in it have limited it as feed. Transforming Jatropha Curcas seed cake into feed not only may reduce the biodiesel cost, but also may eliminate environment pollution caused by the cake. The toxic ingredients, which are the most diffieuh to be detoxixqed are phorbol esters. These eompouncls are highly stable, and very difffieult to he de- graded. There are still no ideal detoxifying scheme to diminish the toxic eompotmds in cake at present. By summarizing of the methods for detoxifying Jatropha Curcas seed cake, the development direction in the detoxffying method is pointed out in this article. Microbiological method is the most promising. As more and more atttention has been paid on the seed cake detoxifieation, we can foresee, in the near future, that the technology of detoxifying the seed cake of Jatropha for industry will success.
