格氏法一步合成二环己基二甲氧基硅烷

摘　　要：首次以四甲氧基硅烷、氯代环己烷和镁屑为原料,采用格氏法一步合成二环己基二甲氧基硅烷。在四甲氧基硅烷加量为76g(0.5mol)、n(四甲氧基硅烷)∶n(氯代环己烷)∶n(镁屑)为1∶2.1∶2.2、反应启动料配比(镁屑∶四氢呋喃∶氯代环己烷)为26∶30∶15(g∶mL∶g)、混合溶剂四氢呋喃-石油醚(1∶4,体积比)用量为350mL、加料时间为1.5h、回流保温时间为5h的优化条件下,产品收率达85.6%。Dicyclohexyldimethoxysllane was syntneslzea Dy t^ngnara reac clou w~ t, te tL a1,~＊＊v^y ~ , nesium and chlorocyclohexane as raw materials. Under the optimum conditions as follows：the adding amount of tetramethoxysilane was 76 g（0.5 mol）,n（tetramethoxysilane） ： n（chlorocyclohexane） ： n（magnesium） was 1 ： 2.1 ： 2.2,the ratio of starting materials（magnesium ： THF ： ehlorocyclohexane） was 26 ： 30 ： 15（g ： mL ： g）, the dosage of mixture solvent THF-petroleum ether （1 ： 4, volume ratio） was 350 mL, the dropping time was 1.5 h,the heat preservation time was 5 h,the product yield reached 85.6~.
