摘  要:铁路网络系统的发展规模直接影响国民经济的发展,发展滞后或过快都难以保证社会经济持续、稳定、协调发展。为满足高速铁路网络和谐发展和科学管理的需要,从定性和定量分析两方面,着重分析了高速铁路网络布局水平、网络服务水平以及网络协调水平等技术评价指标,建立了一套适用于高速铁路网络综合评价的指标体系,为高速铁路网络发展总体规模与水平的评估及调整提供理论依据。The development of railway network system has directly impact on the national economy. The sustainable, stable and harmonic development of the social economy is hard to be guaranteed if the railway network develops too fast or too slow. In order to meet the needs of the harmonious development and scientific management of high-speed railway network, by both qualitative and quantitative analysis of the technology evaluation index such as the high-speed railway network's layout level, service level and coordination level, the article sets up a set of synthe.sized evaluation system for the high-speed railway network which provides an academic reference for appraising and coordinating the overall scale and level of the high-speed railway network development.
