摘  要:对Harpins蛋白、B5、G3、嗜线虫杆菌、蜡介轮支菌菌土、"818"发酵液和恩益碧种衣剂7种不同类型生物农药对大豆疫霉根腐病的防治效果进行了比较,结果表明:以南京农业大学提供的Harpins蛋白在使用浓度为45 mg.L-1时防治效果最好,大豆疫霉根腐病的平均发病率仅为0.12%,防治效果达到75%,平均产量比对照增加7%。其次是中国农业科学院生物防治所提供的"818"发酵液,防治效果达到58.3%。45 mg.L-1Harpins蛋白、"818"发酵液防效与对照的差异均达极显著水平。The control effects of seven different types of biological pesticide on soybean Phytophthora root rot were compared in this research.The incidence and prevention efficiency of phytophthora root rat,as well as soybean yield were determined.The results showed that 45 mg·L-1Harpins protein from Nanjing Agricultural University had the best control effect,the average incidence of Phytophthora root rot of was 0.12%,the prevention effect reached 75% and average yield was 7% higher than CK.The second was "818" fermentation liquid provided by the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences,the prevention effect reached 58.3%.The control effect of 45 mg·L-1 Harpins protein and "818" fermentation liquid were extremely significant different with CK.
