摘 要:研究了GCC、高岭土及其混合颜料对涂布再生箱纸板光学性能、油墨吸收性和机械强度的影响,并在此基础上优化了涂料配方。研究结果表明:涂布箱纸板的白度不仅依赖于颜料自身的白度,而且取决于颜料的遮盖性能。在一次涂布中,高岭土和GCC的混合比例为60:40时,涂布箱纸板的白度最高。预涂及面涂涂料中GCC含量增加均可提高二次涂布箱纸板的油墨吸收性。在涂料中加入OBA可显著提高涂布箱纸板的白度。另外,经涂布加工后,箱纸板的横向耐折次数及横向环压指数均有所增加。Influences of coating compositions on the brightness,PPS roughness,ink absorbency and mechanical properties of coated recycle linerboard were studied.The coating formulation was optimized on its basis.The results show that brightness of single coated linerboard not only depends on the brightness of the pigment,but also on the hiding power of the pigment.During one coating,when the mixture ration of kaolin and GCC is 60/40,the brightness of coated linerboard reached the highest and the increase of GCC content in precoating and face coating can improve the ink absorbency of second coated linerboard.The addition of OBA to coating colors can significantly improve brightness of the coated linerboard.Increasing GCC content in the coating colors increased ink absorbency of the coatings.The burst index decreased with increasing coat weight,while coating improved CD folding endurance and CD ring crush index of the coated linerboard.
