摘　　要：自主搭建了液滴图像检测系统,用来监测液滴生长过程中的轮廓图像变化;对液滴图像进行预处理和特征提取,得到了高度、宽度、周长和面积四个液滴轮廓特征参数曲线;分析了各个参数与液体浓度之间的关系。结果表明该方法用于黑液浓度测量是可行的。Droplet image detection system,which was built on our own,was used to monitor the surface profile change during droplet growth.Preprocessing and characterization of droplet image were done,characteristic parameters of surface profile such as height,width,perimeter,area,were obtained.The connection between characteristic parameters and the concentration of black liquid were analyzed.The result shows that the method in measuring the concentration of black liquid is feasible.
