摘 要:分别采用Ⅰ-APP(结晶Ⅰ型聚磷酸铵)和Ⅱ-APP(结晶Ⅱ型聚磷酸铵)为阻燃剂制备内燃机用阻燃型空气过滤纸,并对其阻燃性、吸湿性、透气性和力学强度等性能进行比较。实验结果表明:与Ⅰ-APP相比较,Ⅱ-APP制备的阻燃型空气过滤纸的综合性能更优异,当苯丙乳液的留着率为20%,Ⅱ-APP的留着率为15%时,滤纸的阻燃性即可满足GB/T14656-93的阻燃要求,且耐破度与只浸渍20%苯丙乳液的滤纸相比,增加了23.8%,挺度和吸湿率基本保持不变,透气度仅下降16.5%。Fire-retardant air filter paper for internal combustion engines was prepared with Ⅰ-APP and Ⅱ-APP,and the flame resistance,moisture absorption,permeability and mechanical strength properties were evaluated.The results show that flame-retardant air filter paper prepared by Ⅱ-APP has superior comprehensive performance,compared with Ⅰ-APP,when the retention rate of styrene-acrylic emulsion is 20% wt,the retention rate of Ⅱ-APP is 15%,the flame-retardant properties of filter paper can be satisfied with the requirements of GB/T14656-93,the bursting strength of filter paper is increased by 23.8% compared with the filter paper that is impregnated with only 20% of styrene-acrylic emulsion,while stiffness and moisture absor ption rate basically remains unchanged,and permeability is decreased by 16.5% only.
