摘　　要：分析了物流在电子商务中的作用,阐述了第三方物流的优势,其次,结合现状分析了第三方物流发展过程中存在的缺乏系统性管理、信息技术落后、服务水平低下等问题,最后提出发展第三方物流的对策。The paper analyzes the importance of logistics in the running of E-commerce and the advantage of third party logistics in this respect, then studies the problems existing in the development process of TPL such as lack of systematic management, lag in information technology and low service level, etc., and finally gives the corresponding countermeasures.
