绞股蓝总皂甙分离提取工艺和含量测定方法研究概况

摘　　要：绞股蓝为葫芦科绞股蓝属植物,其主要药效成分为绞股蓝总皂甙。绞股蓝总皂甙在药理和临床方面有着广泛的应用。本研究对绞股蓝总皂甙的分离提取工艺和含量测定方法进行了综述,以期为绞股蓝的规范化开发和利用提供一定的参考依据。Gynostemma pentaphyllum belongs to the Cucurbitaceae family,whose primary medicinal component is gypenosides,which was widely used in pharmacological research and clinical application.The separation and extraction process of total gypenosides and its content determination methods were summarized,which could be favorable to standardized exploitation and utilization of gypenosides.
