摘 要:主要讨论基体树脂中的几种环氧树脂及与环氧树脂相应的固化剂对于材料性能的影响。选择了4种环氧树脂进行比较试验,分别是:含有多个官能团的低粘度环氧树脂TDE-85;粘度高、当量高的E-44环氧树脂;E-52是粘度适中的通用环氧树脂;粘度较低的双酚S型环氧树脂830S。测试了它们与酸酐固化剂反应固化物的性能。然后,比较了这4种环氧树脂及酸酐固化剂对于固体浮力材料性能的影响。选用两种不同强度的空心玻璃微珠进行了比较试验,试验发现当微珠与树脂的强度差距较大时树脂的补强作用明显。选用3种固化剂与TDE-85及微珠制成浮力材料,讨论了材料密度与基体树脂的密度关系。The influence of several kinds of epoxy resin and hardener to the mechanical property of Solid Buoyancy Materials(SBM) were discussed.We choice four kinds of epoxy resins: TDE-85 which is low viscosity epoxy resin with more epoxy in each molecule,E-44 which is high viscosity epoxy resin,E-52 which is general epoxy resin;,and resin 830S which is low viscosity Bisphenol S epoxy resin.Firstly We compared the mechanical property of the four kinds of resin-base(epoxy resin curing with anhydride hardener).Then we compared the mechanical property of the four kinds of SBM which was made of the four kinds resin-base and hollow glass microspheres.We respectively made SBM with two kinds of hollow glass microspheres,and found that the resin-base improved the mechanical property of hollow glass microspheres,especially when the compress strength gap between hollow glass microspheres and resin was greater.At last,three kinds of SBM were made respectively which used three kinds of hardeners curing with epoxy resin TDE-85 and hollow glass microspheres,and discussed the relationship between density of resin-base and density of the three kinds of SBM.
