美国国家业务化海浪观测计划及其对我们的启示

摘　　要：海浪是海上生产作业和军事活动都特别关注的海洋环境要素之一,灾害性海浪会严重影响生产作业和军事活动,并造成重大损失。因此,建立完善的海浪观测系统,提高灾害性海浪的预测和预警水平,对海洋经济和军事活动都有重要意义。文章介绍了美国国家业务化海浪观测计划,分析了我国海浪观测现状,并从中得到一些启示,提出了几点对策建议。The wave is one of particularly concerned ocean environmental elements for offshore operations and military activities,which can result in significant loss of life and property.Therefore,the establishment of a wave observation system and improvement of forecasting and warning level of wave has great significance to military activities and marine economy.National Operational Wave Observation Plan of US is introduced and the status of China＇s wave observation is analyzed and some suggestions are put forward.
