摘　　要：螠蛏作为一种海洋双贝壳类软体动物具有较高的营养价值和许多功能性成分。这些活性物质成为了功能性食品、保健品等的开发热点。对螠蛏的营养和功能性成分的研究现状及其前景进行概述。Sinonovacula constricta is a kind of Molluscs of maritime shellfish.It has hinghly nutrition value and functional ingredient.This functional ingredient has to be a hot topic of functional food and Health Care Product.In this paper,the advance in the research of nutritional and functional ingredient of Sinonovacula constricta（Lamarck） are reviewed.
