野生赭鳞蘑菇的鉴定与栽培研究初探

摘　　要：对采集到的野生蘑菇进行了研究，依据形态学特征、RAPD和rDNA—ITS分析，将其鉴定为赭鳞蘑菇（Agaricus subrufescens Peck），并对其命名原因进行了讨论；出菇试验表明，该菇可作为驯化育种材料，具有潜在的应用价值。A wild mushroom was collected and studied. By morphological characteristics, RAPD and rDNA-ITS analysis, it was identified as Agaricu subrtrfescens Peck, nomenclature reason of which was discussed; meanwhile, the result of fruiting test showed that it had potential application value as breeding materials in the future.
