摘　　要：分析了服务式GIS的特点及机制,提出了基于天津市基础地理信息公共服务平台的天津市公安系统技防资源信息管理平台的设计与实现,对其中的关键技术进行了论述,同时描述了技防设施平台的空间数据特点、建设流程以及应用方案,为地理信息在技防领域中的管理和应用提供了一种解决思路和实现方法。This paper describes the characteristics and mechanisms of Service GIS,Introduces the design and implementation in TianJin police system technical security resource information management platform based on Service of Tianjin Fundamental Geographic Information Service Platform,discusses the key technologies.Besides,describes the characteristics of the spatial data,the construction processes and the applications of technical security facility platform.This paper provides a solution ideas and implementation method for GIS management and applications in the field of technical security.
