摘　　要：作为一种新型的传播媒介,手机短信的流行有着深刻的时代背景、社会背景。短信不仅具有大众文化属性,还具有民间文化属性,具有妙趣横生、幽默诙谐的娱乐性质。短信也是一种崭新的文学类型,它继承了中国传统文化的优点,吸收了传统文学的精华,对文学生态产生了不可低估的影响。在关注短信的政治、文化、社会层面的积极作用和价值时,对短信在传播过程中产生的消极影响也必须采取一种批判的态度。The short message, as a new media, has a profound historical and social background.
