摘　　要：大学生尤其专科生就业形势十分严峻,必须引起政府、社会、高校和大学生本人的高度重视;研究分析大学生就业状况和思想动态,各相关部门特别是高校思想政治工作者应作为重点课题;提高认识,做好大学生的就业工作,是维护社会稳定,促进社会和谐不可缺少的重要环节。以沧州市的几所高校为例,就中小城市专科毕业生就业状况,进行了调查分析与对策研究。The employment situation of college students is very serious,which deserves the attention from the government,society,college and the students themselves.It should be the key issue for the college ideological and political workers and units concerned.To enhance understanding and deal well with the job of employment is essential for a harmonious and stable society.Taking colleges in cangzhou,investigation and analysis and countermeasure research have been done on the employment situation of junior college students in small and medium-sized cities.
