浅谈我国就业指导中的职业心理测评

摘　　要：近年来,职业心理测评被广泛地应用到就业指导工作中,这一方法对学校、学生,还有企事业单位都具有十分重要的意义。介绍了目前我国就业指导中较为常用的一些职业心理测评量表,对当前职业心理测评中须注意的问题进行了分析并提出了防止偏差的建议。Professional psychological assessment has been widely applied to career guidance in recent year,which is of great significance to the scool,the student,as well as to enterprises and institutions.Some current psychological assessment scales are introduced hoping to be of some help in career guidance and avoiding biased suggestions.
