摘 要:采用悬浮聚合法,以甲基丙烯酸十六酯、苯乙烯(St)为聚合单体、明胶为分散剂、过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,制备高吸油性树脂。测试树脂的吸油性能,并采用蒸馏水法对树脂的再生工艺进行研究。实验最佳工艺条件如下:当温度80℃、反应时间6h时,所得树脂的吸油性能最为理想,吸油率为19.6g.g-1,保油率达95%;水蒸馏法是一种方便、快捷、有效且经济的再生方法,再生次数1~5次时,油品的平均回收率可达90%以上。By suspension polymerization, with as dispersant, benzoyl peroxide(BPO) as the gent and the high oil absorption regin was pr ation technology of the resin was studied by ment are as follows: when temperature is 80 cetane methacrylate, methyl methacrylate as monomer, gelatin initiator,N, N--methylene bisacrymide as the cross linking aepared. The oil absorption power is 19.6 g g-1 and the oil retention ratio exceeded 95%. Water distillation method was testified to be a simple and effective regeneration method, when the time of regen- eration was 1--5, the average oil recovery ratio reached more than 90%.
