摘 要:以SnCl4·5H2O和ZnSO4·7H2O为原料,用化学共沉淀法制备纳米尖晶石型锡酸锌光催化剂。通过X射线衍射分析(XRD)、光电子能谱分析(XPS)、扫描电镜(SEM)对催化剂进行表征。以波长λ=312nm的光源对二甲酚橙水溶液光催化降解,讨论光催化剂用量、催化剂烧结温度、试液的pH值、光照时间等与二甲酚橙脱色率的关系。结果表明,该复合氧化物粉体平均粒径小于30nm,属立方晶系,该催化剂重复使用5次后仍保持较好的催化活性,对二甲酚橙溶液的降解率仍超过85%。Photocatalyst of nano spinel type zinc stannate powder was prepared via coprecipitation method by SnCl4·5H2O and ZnSO4 · 7H2O. It was characterized by XRD,XPS, SEM. The degradation experiment of xylenol orange solution were performed by the photo-catalytic methods on the light of wavelength (λ=312 nm ). In addtion, the relation in the amount of catalyst,initial concentration of xylenol orange, calcining temperature of catalyst, pH of xylenol orange solution and illumination time with the decolorizing efficiency were discussed. The results indicated that the average particle size of the powder of the cubic zinc stannate was less than 30 nm. The catalyst can be reused more than 5 times and exhibited high performance with degradation rate of xylenol orange over 85%.
