摘　　要：针对当前国内ＭＩＳ开发及应用方面存在的主要问题，结合五洲工程设计研究院多年来连续开发及应用ＭＩＳ的经验和教训，阐述了大型综合设计院ＭＩＳ建设中应采取的相应对策。On the problems of present development and application of MIS in out country and combined with experiences of Wu Zhou Engineering Designing Institute in developing and application MIS for many years,the paper expounds the corresponding way to be adopted in creating a large and comprethensive designing institute MIS。
