分类包装与分区放置物品在封存抢救车中的应用

摘　　要：为了探索更加科学合理的方法以保证抢救车内物品完好并处于应急备用状态,缩短护士交接班时间,提高工作效率,并在紧急情况下确保抢救质量,通过临床调研,规范抢救车内常规与专科的抢救物品、药品种类及数量与不同型号抢救车的区域命名,抢救车内的物品根据其操作所需进行分类包装分区放置,在抢救车的顶盖上张贴抢救车各区域内药品、物品彩色实物效果示意图,并用特制"软锁"封存抢救车。认为应用分类包装与分区实物图对抢救车进行封存管理,可以缩短护士在抢救时物品准备时间;提高抢救车内药品、器械、物品数量和质量管理的有效性,节省了护理人力资源,是一种有效的护理管理措施。This paper explored a scientific approach te store medical suppliers in first-aid wheels so as to shorten shift time of nurses in emergency. After clinical investigation, medical suppliers in first-aid wheels were classified systematically and stored in specific regions and a colorful picture showed the classification and their storing place was posted up on the roof of the first-aid wheels, after that, a special lock was utilized in the first-aid wheels.. The classified package and storing and the picture were proved to he effective in shortening shift time and in storing medical suppliers in first-aid wheels, which is a practical nursing management measure.
