摘　　要：在住宅建设中应用低碳技术能有效地降低碳排放量,减缓全球变暖的趋势。国家计划在"十二五"期间新建保障性住房3600万套。因此,建设低碳型保障性住房对于发展低碳经济有着更为重要的意义。本文分析了低碳技术及其在保障房建设中的应用,并以实例进行说明。最后提出推动低碳型保障性住房建设的一些建议。To slow down the pace of global warming, it isnecessary to reduce carbon emission by implementing various low-carbon technologies, especially in the housing sector. In China, 36,000,000 indemnificatory apartments will be built during the Twelfth Five-year Plan. Implementation of low-carbon technologies in indemnificatory appartment is important for low-carbon economy. Low-carbon technologies and their applications are discussed in this paper, A real case is used to demonstrate the application of low-carbon technologies in indemnificatory appartment in China. And some suggestions of promoting the construction of low carbon indemnificatory appartment are proposed.
