多组分粗纺羊绒混纺纱的研发

摘　　要：阐述了6组分粗纺羊绒纱(10%羊绒+15%羊毛+20%锦纶+30%黏胶+20%棉+5%兔毛)的开发过程,包括原料选择、配比及染色过程。经检测,该粗纺羊绒混纺纱手感可与30%羊绒+70%羊毛的产品相媲美,抗起毛起球性能达到3级,皂洗牢度和干摩擦牢度都能达到4级以上,符合相关标准的要求。This paper introduces the developing process of six-component cashmere blended yarn (10% of cashmere, 15% of wool, 20% of nylon, 30% of viscose, 20% of cotton and 5% of rabbit hair) including selection of raw materials, blending ratio and dyeing. The experimental results show that the hand of the developed blended yarn is as good as that of the product with 30% of cashmere and 70% of wool, the anti-pilling property reaches Level 3, the soaping fastness and dry frictional fastness can both reach more than Level 4, which meet the requirements of related standards.
