摘　　要：以针织品染整生产工艺路线和染料的发展入手,介绍了近30年针织染整设备发展概况,指出针织染整设备趋向专业化、环保节能化以及高效化;分析了平幅针织物前处理机组、超柔软整理机组、低浴比高效柔性染色机、针织物新型烘燥定形机、新型针织磨毛机等机器的专业性特点,阐明了浴比的降低、染色耗水的减少、染色机容量的提高等因素为设备的环保节能化和高效化提供了有效保障。Focusing on the knitted products used dyeing and finishing technological routes and development of dyes, this paper outlines the latest 30 years’ development of China domestic knitting dyeing and finishing equipments, points out the developing direction of specialization, energy conservation and environment protection and high efficiency, and analyzes the characteristics of open-width knitted fabric used pretreatment equipments, super-soft finishing equipments, low bath ratio high efficient soft dyeing machine, new type of drying and setting machine and sanding machine. It indicates that reduction of bath ratio and dyeing water consumption and increase of dyeing machine’s capacity can improve the effect of energy conservation and environment protection and also increase the efficiency.
