摘 要:介绍了织物钉锤式抗钩丝性能的测试,包括测试原理、设备检查、试验步骤以及评价标准。结合具体的9种来样测试结果,指出评价结果中,除了评价级数外,还应注明织物是否有变形、是否有凸出等特征;同时,测试针织物横向钩丝时,顺编织方向和逆编织方向都要测试;另外,还需注意试样缝制的尺寸以及钩丝针的质量影响。总体来说,一般捻度高、织物组织结构紧密、线圈较短或经过树脂整理的织物的抗钩丝性能好。This paper introduces the snagging resistance testing of knitted fabric by using the Mace test method including testing principle, instrument inspection, experimental procedures and evaluation standards. The concrete samples’ testing results show that in addition to the evaluation levels, the evaluation results should still include whether there is fabric deformation and protruding or not; when testing the width-wise snagging, testing should be made to both the knitting direction and reverse knitting direction; and attention should be paid to the size of sewed sample and the quality of snagging needle. Generally speaking, snagging resistance can be improved through selection of high twist yarn, high fabric density and short loop or through applying resin finishing technology.
