摘　　要：八旗之建立,是在征服多种民族和部族基础上实现的,这就对八旗社会的转型和稳定造成了种种困难。即便在女真——满族之中,也因部族和家族的不同而矛盾重重。原本分裂的历史和被征服的仇恨,以及多元化的思维方式与社会文化观念,很难使八旗成为一个稳定的社会集团。在这种形势之下,八旗社会还是最终形成了等级森严、井然有序的局面,这不能不说与各种制度,尤其是职官制度、法律制度、军功制度和人口户籍制度的制定与实施有关。Having been achieved on the base of conquering many ethnic groups and tribes, foundation of the eight - banner system brings many troubles for transformation and stabilization of the society from the eight banners. Many contradictions were made due to difference of ethnic groups and tribes in Jurchen - Manchu.It＇ s difficult for the eight banners to be a stable social group because of dissociated history, hatred of being conquered, diversifying mode of thinking and concept of social culture. Under such circumstance, the eight -banner＇ s society was formed into a leveled society orderly which is related to various institution, especially formulation and implementation of official system, law system, military system, and household population system.
