农户投入龙头企业信任结构的研究

摘　　要：农户与龙头企业合作的过程中,投入的信任主要是计算型信任,阻碍了农户与龙头企业的进一步合作。实证结果表明:制度型信任是计算型信任和关系型信任的基础,良好的制度型信任可以促进计算型信任和关系型信任的发展,但基于功利的计算型信任要转化为基于理解和认同的关系型信任必须具备一定的条件,不会随着交往次数的增加自发转化形成,有必要考虑组织管理的实施办法,而具体的实施方法,更多地以政府、协会、地方组织作为参照。During the cooperation of the enterprise and farmers,the throwing into the principal trust is calculated trust,it prevents farmers further cooperation under the process of cooperation farmers and leading enterprises.The empirical research shows that the system trust is basis of calculated trust and relational trust.A good system trust can contribute to development of calculated trust and the relational trust.However,there are certain conditions for the calculated trust based on utilitarian transformed into the trust based on understanding and recognition.It isn't spontaneous conversion with the increase in the number of contacts,it is necessary for the implementation of the organization and management measures,the detailed implementation methods refers to local government,associations and organizations.
