摘　　要：简介20000 m3/h空分设备的技术参数、工艺流程及其特点,详细介绍空分设备试车过程中出现的汽轮机中压蒸汽管道暖管慢、空压机异常响声、主换热器热端污氮气管道挂霜等问题和原因查找过程,阐述具体的处理措施和从中获得的经验。Here, the technical parameters, technical process and features of 20000 m3/h air separation plant are briefed, the troubles during commissioning of air separation plant, such as slow warming of turbine mediumpressure steam pipeline, abnormal sound from air compressor, and frosting of waste nitrogen pipeline at hot end of main heat exchanger, and the process to find their cause are described, and the corrective measures and obtained experiences are outlined.
