摘　　要：通过原料选择、纺纱、织造及染整工艺的详细论述,阐述了OUTLAST粘胶纤维在毛精纺面料的设计开发应用中的主要创新点与技术关键点。为了减少疵点降低生产难度,对OUTLAST粘胶纤维染色为纱染即先纺纱,再染色,避免了OUTLAST粘胶纤维条染后纤维纠结、毡化,造成后道梳理困难,保证了纱线条干均匀,有效降低了生产难度,避免了疵点的产生。织布时应扬长避短,将弹力较小的OUTLAST纱线置于纬向,既可以减少断头,提高效率,又能保证呢面质量。洗呢时采用了保护性"缝袋洗呢"法,将面料正面朝里两边布边用平缝机连接,形成袋状,既达到了洗呢的要求,又保护了正面纱线不受磨损,保证了呢面质量。By the selection of raw materials,spinning,weaving,dyeing and finishing process in detail,the new ideas and the main technology key points of the application and design of OUTLAST viscose fiber in wool worsted fabric are explained.In order to reduce the difficulty of lower defects,the method of OUTLAST viscose fiber dyeing is yarn dyed which means first spinning,and then stained,thus preventing OUTLAST viscose fiber from tangle of dyed and felted which will result in difficulty of back-combing,ensuring the yarn evenness,and effectively reducing the difficulty of avoiding defects in production.By putting the smaller elastic OUTLAST yarn in weft,it will be able to reduce breakage and improve efficiency of weaving,but also to ensure its surface quality.When washed by a ＂sewing bags of washing it＂ protective method,the fabric on both sides of the front side toward the inside connection with the sewing machine to a bag,it is possible to meet the requirements,but also protects the front yarn from wear and tear,and ensure the quality of fabric surface.
