摘 要:应用东华大学自行研制的小型环锭纺纱整套系统纺出10/90、20/80、30/70、40/60、50/50等5种不同混纺比的19.5 tex甲壳素/棉混纺纱,阐明了各个工序的工艺参数,测定了混纺纱的断裂强度、断裂伸长率、条干CV值和毛羽,分析了混纺比对混纺纱性能的影响.结果表明,10/90甲/棉混纺纱的强伸度最好;20/80甲/棉混纺纱的条干最均匀;50/50甲/棉混纺纱的3 mm毛羽指数最小,但其强伸度与条干均匀度都最差.By using the full small-sized ring spinning system,5 different 19.5tex chitin/cotton blended yarns are spun at different blending ratios such as 10/90,20/80,30/70,40/60,50/50.The technical parameters of each process/step,breaking strength and elongation at break,unevenness CV value,hair feather measurement of blended yarn as well as impact analysis of blending ratio on blended yarn performance have been well defined and described.The experiment results demonstrated that 10/90 blending ratio of chitin/cotton blended yarn will make the best strength and elongation,20/80 will have the best unevenness and 50/50 has the least 3mm hairiness index but it has the worst strength/elongation and evenness performance.
