摘　　要：欧盟对《金融工具市场指令（MiFID）》进行修订是落实G20强化金融衍生产品市场监管建议的重要举措之一，有利于改进衍生产品市场的组织形式、提高透明度。文章介绍了该指令的修订背景、修订后架构和特点以及具体修订内容，并对修订后可能受到关注的问题进行了分析。The amendments to the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive （MiFID） by the European Commission are one of the important measures for implementing G20 commitments to strengthen the financial derivatives market regulation, which is conducive to improving the organizational structure of the derivatives market and increasing transparency. This article introduces the background for MiFID amendments, post-amendment structure and characteristics as well as the specific amendments, with analysis on the possible concerned issues after amendments.
