花色苷定性及定量分析方法综述

摘　　要：综述了花色苷的定性及定量分析方法的最新进展,其定性分析方法有纸层析与薄层层析法、紫外-可见吸收光谱法、高效液相色谱法及红外吸收光谱法4种方法;其定量分析方法有单一pH值法、差减法、pH示差法及高效液相色谱法4种方法,以求给生产和检测花色苷提供分析依据。The article summarized the recent development of the quantitative and qualitative analysis method of the anthocyanins. The qualitative analysis method contains four methods, including paper chromatography and thin layer chromatography method, uv -vis absorption spectrometry, high performance liquid chromatography and infrared absorption spectrometry method. Its quantitative analysis method consists of 4 methods, including a single pH value method, poor subtraction, pH and differential method and high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method, which provides analysis for production and testing of anthocyanins.
