摘  要:目的探讨水银血压计与电子血压计测量人体肱动脉和犬股动脉血压值的差异。方法将340例患者用水银血压计和电子血压计同体测量肱动脉血压,对比血压值;将20只健康成年家犬用水银血压计和电子血压计同体测量股动脉血压,对比血压值。结果患者采用水银血压计和电子血压计测量肱动脉血压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);犬采用水银血压计和电子血压计测量股动脉血压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论用电子血压计可准确测量人体血压值。Objective To explore the differences between the values of blood pressure at human brachial artery and canine femoral artery taken by mercurial sphygmomanometer and electronic sphygmomanometer. Methods The study involved 340 patients and 20 healthy dogs which were taken blood pressure by both mercurial sphygmomanometer and electronic sphygmomanometer for the values of blood pressure at brachial artery and canine femoral artery and then the comparison was conducted about the values. Results There was no significant difference between the values of blood pressure taken by mercurial sphygmomanometer and electronic sphygmomanometer in patients and in dogs (P〉0.05). Conclusion It is accurate to take blood pressure value by electronic sphygmomanometer.
