油料组织结构设计中利益分配的博弈分析

摘　　要：立足联勤体制下油料组织目标、功能、适应性,从油料保障过程中利益均衡问题角度,运用博弈理论,构建油料组织结构设计利益主体之间利益均衡博弈模型,探讨油料组织结构设计过程中的设计者之间、设计者与被设计者之间以及被设计者之间利益分配均衡状态,提出实现联勤体制下油料组织结构设计利益分配均衡的措施。From the angle of equilibrium problem during the course of oil support,based on the organizational objective,functions,and adaptability in joint services system of armed forces,this paper constructed the game model of benefit equilibrium among stakeholders in the design of oil organization structure by applying game theory.In addition,the thesis investigated the equilibrium state of benefit distribution between designers and design objects,and among designers in the design of oil organization structure.It also put forward some measures for the realization of benefit distribution equilibrium of oil organization structure design in joint services system of armed forces.
