摘 要:为了确保空间相机在整个生存周期可靠地工作,根据空间环境的特点及空间相机的特性,提出了仿真空间相机空间环境的专项试验设计方案。方案包括光学性能验证试验,MTF性能测试,热真空环境下的温度调焦系数专项试验,考察碳纤维复合材料稳定性的结构性能验证试验,验证电子元器件是否满足相机功能和性能要求的电子学性能专项试验,验证活动机构可靠性及寿命的专项试验。将这些专项试验应用于某空间相机,试验结果表明,各工况的全色CCD的MTF均达到了指标要求,实现了检验空间相机光学特性、结构特性和电子学特性的目的。目前空间相机在轨执行任务运行良好,完全适应空间环境要求。In order to ensure that the space camera works reliably in its entire period, the special experiment design of the space environment for space camera is presented according to the characteristics of the space environment and the space camera. The design scheme includes the optical property validation test, MTF test, the special experiment of the temperature focus coefficient in the thermal vacuum environment, structure performance test to examine the stability of carbon fiber composite, the special experiment of electronics performance to verify the electronic components whether satisfy the need for the function and capability of the space camera, the special experiment to validate the reliability and the life of moving parts. The experiment results of applying these special experiments to a certain space camera show that MTF of panchromatic CCD in different condition achieves the index requirements, realizes the purposes of verifying optical properties, structure characteristics and electronics characteristics. At present, the space camera on-orbit mission is running well and able to adapt to the need of the space environment.
