摘 要:为了掌握水样pH值对BOD测定的影响及程度,总结其生物化学反应的变化规律,对滇池水样进行中和与不中和处理后分别采用稀释接种法测定BOD5值和使用差压法测定27d的BOD值。结果表明未经中和处理水样中微生物的生物化学反应在启动阶段都受到不同程度的抑制,其BOD5的抑制率在3.9%~7.5%之间。不论水样pH值中和调节与否,碳化阶段的生物化学反应都是水样的BOD值随培养时间的延长而呈线性升高。In order to hold the influence and extent of pH value on the biochemical oxygen demand, and summarize the variational disciplinarian of biochemical reaction. BOD5 was determinated by dilution inocula method and BOD for 27 days by differential-pressure method after Dianchi water was neutralized or not. It indicated that the biochemical reactions were restrained when they started if the pH value of water samples were not counteracted,the restrained ratios of BOD were between 3.9% and 7.5%. Whether the pH value was counteracted or not, the BOD rose linearly along with the cultivation time prolonging during the course of carbonizing.
