摘 要:采用混凝沉淀-生物陶粒移动床(BCMBBR)组合工艺处理典型漂染废水。研究结果表明,在HRT为6h,气水体积比5:1,PAC、PAM投加量分别为200、2mg/L的条件下,出水CODcr、SS的平均质量浓度分别为46.8、21.0mg/L,色度平均值为27倍,pH值为7.48—7.53,出水水质达到GB4287-92《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》一级标准。根据进入BCMBBR段废水水质的m(BOD5)/m(CODcr)值与微生物相镜检结果。调节系统药剂投加量、HRT和气水体积比,可实现该组合工艺的高效稳定运行,保证出水稳定达标。Coagulation sedimentation-biological ceramic moving bed biofilm reactor(BCMBBR) combined process was used to treat bleaching and dyeing wastewater. The results of the study showed that, when the HIlT was 6 h, the gas-water volume ratio was 5 : 1, the dosage of PAC and PAM were 200 and 2 mg/L respectively, the average mass concentration of CODcr, SS in the effluent water were 46.8 and 21.0 mg/L respectively, the average eolority was 27 times, the pH value was 7.48 - 7.53, the effluent water quality met the specification for grade 1 in GB 4287-92 Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry. Through adjusting the coagulant dosage, HIlT and gas-water volume ratio of the system according to the m(BODs)/m(CODcr) value of the wastewater in BCMBBR section and the microscopy results, an effective and stable operation of the said combined process was realized, which ensured the effluent water quality to remain stable and meet the discharge standard.
