摘 要:采用PCR-DGGE技术研究了正常运行工况下4个不同污水除磷系统中α-变形杆菌的菌落结构。研究表明,α-变形杆菌对处理水水质和工艺要求不高,共有菌种几乎均为优势菌种,构成系统的主体除磷菌群。但是总体来看,不同的污水处理系统的差异性比较明显,MBR工艺比传统活性污泥工艺菌群丰富,同时可能是由于存在特有菌种,MBR系统的多样性指数大于传统活性污泥处理系统。在MBR工艺的好氧段之间和缺氧段之间,种群结构相似性达到79.6%和77.7%,而在好氧段与缺氧段之间的相似率只有50%~60%。所有污水处理工艺中,将好氧和缺氧/厌氧分开的污水处理系统中,种群相似率达到80%以上。在传统活性污泥系统和MBR系统之间,种群相似性系数在47.5%~84.1%之间,而且好氧段的种群相似性较好。The community structures of α-proteobacteria in four different phosphorus removing systems under the normal running condition were investigated through PCR-DGGE technology. The research indicated that, the demand of α-proteobacteria about water quality and technical condition was not high, almost all of the bacteria strains which constitute the main body of the phosphorus removing bacteria community in the system were dominant species. However, on the whole, there were obvious differences among various treatment systems, MBR system contained more abundant α-proteobacteria community than traditional activated sludge system; and may be due to the presence of specific bacteria, the diversity index of the former one was greater than that of the later one. The community strcture similarities were 79.6% and 77.7% separated in aerobic and anoxic stages of MBR system; however, the similarity rate was only 50% - 60% between the two stages. The community structures similarity rate was above 80% in aerobic and anoxic/anaerobic separated wastewater treatment systems. Between the traditional treatment system and the MBR system, the community similarity coefficient was at about 47.5% - 84.1%, and the community similarity of aerobic stage was better.
