摘 要:硝基氯苯及二硝基氯苯生产装置产生的废水主要成分为硝基酚、硝基氯苯、二硝基氯苯、硝基苯等难降解有机物。采用常温常压催化氧化技术处理硝基氯苯类废水,废水色度去除率大于98%,CODCr去除率大于70%,提高了废水的可生化性,取得了较好的效果。阐述了常温常压催化氧化法处理废水的机理,介绍了该技术在硝基苯类废水处理中的工艺流程、主要设备选型、运行情况和主要经济技术指标。Wastewater from nitrochlorobenzene and dinitrochlorobenzene production comams many narudegradable organic matters, such as: nitrophenol, nitrochlorobenzene, dinitrochlorobenzene, nitrobenzene and so on. Using catalytic oxidation technology to treat the said kind of wastewater under room temperature and atmospheric pressure could obtain good effect, the removal rates of chroma and CODcr were above 98% and 70% respectively, and the biodegradability of the wastewater was improved. The mechanism of catalytic oxidation technology treating wastewater under room temperature and atmospheric pressure was elaborated; besides, the process flow, type selection of main equipments, operating condition and main economical and technical indexes were introduced at the same time.
