摘 要:为查清全厂用水现状,确定各用水系统之间用水量的定量关系及全厂各用水系统的合理用水量,对某火力发电厂4×600 MW超临界机组的取水、用水、排水、耗水进行了测定,根据测试结果进行水平衡计算和用水状况分析,提出电厂节水和综合利用的建议。结果表明,该厂地下管网泄漏严重,并且废水回收、处理系统管理维护存在不足,理论上在现取水总量的基础上可节水42.9%,具有很大的节水潜力,为制定节水措施提供了依据。For the sake of finding out the current situation of water utilization in a thermal power plant, confirming the quantitative relationship among different water utilization systems and determining rational water consumption for each system, the water intake, utilization, drainage and consumption of the 4 × 600 MW ultrasupercritical unit in the said plant was tested. According to the water balance calculation and the analysis of water utilization situation, some advices about water saving and synthetic utilization of power plant were proposed. The results showed that, as there were serious leakage of the underground pipe network and many shortcomings of the management and maintenance of the wastewater collection and treatment system existed in the said power plant, the water saving potential of the plant was huge, and in theory, about 42.9% of the current water consumption could be saved. The analysis results provided the basis for the establishment of water-saving measures.
